For Print-on-demand products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered defects.

Custom Items with your image cannot be returned. We do our best to send mock-ups for approval before printing. Once approved by the customer and the item is then printed, No refunds will be issued.
